Delivery Information

We aim to dispatch your order within 2 working days of receiving your payment. ‘First Class’ Delivery is £4.99 (delivered in 1-2 days), ‘Economy’ Delivery is £4.20 (delivered in 3-4 days). We offer FREE Economy Delivery on all orders over £35 (UK only). We do track every item we post out as standard so please get in touch if you’ve not received it and require the tracking number. If you require Next Day delivery please get in touch and we can arrange this in most cases. Refunds for lost parcels will only be refunded after 14 working days.

Some customers prefer to shop by telephone and we can be contacted on 01484 482028 and will be happy to take your order in this way.

All of our treats are beautifully packaged using eco-friendly packaging and since many are bought as gifts we don’t included the invoice, keeping the price a sweet little secret just between us! If you would like a copy of the invoice please do let us know.
